My multi-disciplinary background in health and fitness, Reiki, interfaith ministry, and various creative arts, especially dance, theatre and music – and psychodrama of course!

Practice exquisite self-care and play!




What is your self-care routine?


  • Starting my day with spiritual practice: prayer, meditation and Reiki

  • Cooking and eating healthy food

  • Moving my body everyday (yoga; barre/Pilates; spin; strength training; dance; walk, etc.)

  • Play (e.g. with our dog)

  • Connect with my husband and loved ones daily

  • Read

  • Practice gratitude

Dr. Kate Hudgins, PhD, TEP who co-created the Therapeutic Spiral Model™ of psychodrama for work with trauma survivors. My colleague Cathy Nugent, LCPC, TEP who has created a complete training program (Laurel Psychodrama Training Institute) for theory and practice of psychodrama, group psychotherapy and sociometry. Each of these professionals and colleagues expanded my vision of what is possible.
